Equal Pay Day

Each year AAUW recognizes Equal Pay Day to mark the date when women finally match men's earnings for the same work during the past year.  This year Equal Pay Day occurred on April 20, 2010, an additional four months that women had to work to earn the same amount as men made during 2009.
